From Moor Farm roundabout take A189 south for Newcastle. At the next roundabout (Annitsford) take the first exit left onto A190 signed Seghill/Seaton Delaval, Go straight ahead at the mini roundabout in Seghill go through Seghill over crossing to roundabout then turn right into factory.
